Import PDF data to Excel
During a busy work day, the best part is to use your time wisely! My blog is dedicated to provide shortcuts on excel spreadsheets to save time during your busy day. Today i will share my favorite shortcut when you receive a pdf file with data that will need filtered by dates, names or simply want to convert the information to a excel table.
- First, you will need to Open a black Excel Sheet
- Click the Data Tab > Get Data drop-down > From File > From PDF.
- Select the PDF file and click Import.
- You will now see a Navigator Pane Displaying the tables and pages in your PDF along with a preview.
- Select a table and click load.
I use this shortcut frequently and it saves so much time on data entry.
